Terms and conditions

Apartment prices are indicated per day with the stated occupancy.

THE PRICES INCLUDE:
final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, bike storage, ski room with a ski boot dryer, outdoor parking.

TOURIST TAX:
The tourist tax of EUR 2,30 is not included in the price and is applied to all guests over 14 years old.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT:
Apartments are available starting from 3 p.m. on the arrival day till 10 a.m. on the departure day.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT:
Reservation becomes binding only after the payment of a confirmation deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Master Card, Visa).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, deposit is not subject to refund. We recommend you to stipulate a travel insurance agreement that would cover all losses due to cancellation.

PAYMENT MODES:
To settle the final bill we accept cash (up to EUR 2000), bank transfer, bank cheques, credit cards (MC, VI) and debit cards. We kindly ask you to complete the payment on the day before departure.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms, apartments and in all common areas.
